At the beginning of the conference, Prof. Shuliang Li, Fellow (Life) of the British Computer Society, the University of Westminster, UK, and School of Economics & Management, Southwest Jiaotong University, China delivered the opening remarks to welcome all participants, introduce the conference data, reviewing process, conference program, etc. During the conference period, Keynote Speakers: Prof. Shuliang Li, from University of Westminster, UK, Prof. Adrian Hopgood, from the University of Portsmouth, UK, Prof. William Hurst, from Wageningen University & Research, The Netherland and Prof. Chao Wang, from Beijing University of Technology, China delivered the speeches respectively, to share their latest researches related to information management.

Afterwards, there were arranged 2 onsite oral sessions and 4 online oral sessions for authors' oral presentation and discussion. These topics were related to: Knowledge -based Management Models and Innovation; Product Quality Control & Enterprise Operation and Management; Data Models and Data Privacy in Information and Multimedia Systems; Enterprise Information System Design and Security Management; E-commerce and Economic Management; Modern Management Modes and Artificial Intelligence Applications. After evaluation of session chairs, finally 6 best presenters were selected and annouced in the award announcement at the end of the conference. The winners info. is as follows.
